Fall Fair and Rochopper

I don't know why but Club Penguin is taking a while to bring out the new items. It ll probably come out tomorrow. Also im really sorry that i don't have a rockhopper tracker. I made one but on the first day of his arrival my tracker got bugged and crashed. The damage was severe enough to stop it from coming back on. Hopefully next time he comes it will work.
